Effective April 1, 2025, Carroll EMC’s district office in Franklin is permanently closed. The Buchanan office is open on Mondays and Tuesdays only from 8 am – 5 pm.

As a reminder, Carroll EMC’s headquarters in Carrollton is full-service, open Monday through Friday from 8 am – 5 pm.
