Hiring Process for Full-Time Positions

 

We value your time and interest in joining our team. Every applicant will receive communication regarding their application status via email from human.resources@cemc.com.

Application Review

Our team carefully reviews each application based on experience and qualifications.

Phone Interview

Selected candidates will be invited to a phone interview with a member of our team.

Panel Interview

Selected candidates will be invited to participate in a panel interview using the STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) format. Interview scheduling is typically coordinated through an email invitation that includes a convenient scheduling link.

Final Interview

Selected candidates will be invited to a final interview with department managers. This interview is more conversational and focuses on job skills, experience, and work history.

*Finalists for Groundman-Apprentice Lineman positions will also complete a skills assessment.

Offer Stage

After completing the interview process, we extend an offer to the candidate we believe is the best fit for the position and our team.
