Effective April 1, 2025, Carroll EMC’s district office in Franklin will permanently close. The district office in Buchanan will have updated operating hours. The Buchanan office will be open on Mondays and Tuesdays only from 8 am – 5 pm.
As a reminder, Carroll EMC’s headquarters in Carrollton is full-service, open Monday through Friday from 8 am – 5 pm.
