If you’ve never received electric service from a cooperative before, you probably don’t know why you become a “Member-owner.” Carroll EMC is a not-for-profit cooperative owned by the people it serves. We believe you’ll notice a difference and discover that being a part-owner of your electric company is a change for the better.
We are here to serve you. Member Service Representatives are available in the call center to offer assistance with your account and electric service. Members can speak with a representative Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., by calling 770-832-3552 (option 3) or by visiting one of our office locations.
Please note that a credit/identity check will be performed on all applicants. You will need a state- or military-issued identification with photo, social security number and address where service is to be connected. Any past due amounts to Carroll EMC must be paid in full before new service can be established. If you’ve never had service with us before, you may be required to apply in person at one of our offices.
