Effective June 1, 2023, Carroll EMC’s district office locations in Franklin and Buchanan will have updated operating hours.

• The Franklin office will be open Mondays and Tuesdays, from 8 am until 5 pm.
• The Buchanan office will be open Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, from 8 am until 5 pm.

The lobbies will remain closed in both locations, but the PaySite kiosks, including the drive-thru kiosks, will still be available for use 24/7. The night drops at both locations will be unavailable.
