Disconnects to Resume June 16

To reduce the stress on our Members and provide local families and businesses with certainty during an uncertain time, Carroll EMC suspended disconnects for non-payment beginning March 16. Since the start of the pandemic, we have worked to support the communities we are built by and belong to.

As our community recovers from the pandemic, starting Tuesday, June 16, Carroll EMC will resume disconnections for accounts with a past-due balance.

We recognize the significant economic fallout and financial challenges our Members may be facing, and we understand you may have trouble paying your bill during this critical time. If you have unpaid balances and can pay, we encourage you to catch up on these balances prior to the due date on your next billing statement. If you are unable to pay your bill, please contact a Member Services Representative as soon as possible to discuss a payment plan. Carroll EMC continues to carefully consider the re-opening of office lobbies, but at this time, all Carroll EMC office lobbies will remain closed. Our drive-thrus at the Carrollton, Franklin and Buchanan offices and our call center are fully staffed with Member Service Representatives ready to assist you with bill payments or account inquiries.
