Overhead/Underground Line Construction

A Carroll EMC field engineer will evaluate your construction site to determine locations for electricity delivery equipment and lines, based on site conditions and consistent with best engineering practices. Line costs and deposits are stipulated in Carroll EMC’s Service Rules & Regulations. Customers are responsible for any additional costs incurred due to installation in rock.  

Call Before You Dig

By law, anyone planning any mechanized digging or excavating work in Georgia must call 811 at least 48 hours (two business days) prior to the project to request utility lines be marked.
